Want to run 5, 10, 21, 42, 100 km?
Follow these five commandments to run correctly and efficiently
Clear your mind! Run empty!

Relax and distract yourself from worries. Running increases blood flow to the frontal lobes of the brain, which are associated with memory, attention, and thinking. Many athletes feel the need to go for a run to "reboot their brains." By letting go of all your problems during training, you also solve them.
In DITS Team, beginner runners can safely and enjoyably run their first half marathon within three months without harming their health.
Strengthen your ligaments!

During physical exertion, muscles grow much faster than the ligament-tendon complex strengthens. This imbalance leads to injuries. To make your ligaments stronger and more flexible, you need special physical exercises, a proper diet, and a balanced vitamin-mineral complex.
To run fast, learn to run slowly!

When running at an elevated heart rate, energy for the workout comes from carbohydrates, generating lactic acid. It accumulates and poisons the body, creating a feeling of heaviness during training and fatigue afterwards. When running at a low heart rate (120-140 beats per minute), a large portion of energy comes from fat stores, which increases endurance, keeps you energized for a long time, improves sleep, and overall health.

Running is the best rest!

The best rest is not complete rest but a change of activities. If your main work involves mental activity, then a run is an ideal way to relax and cope with stress. It has also been proven that physical exercise has a beneficial effect on mood, helping the body produce endorphins. Run in the morning, and your day will be filled with positivity!
DITS Team / About the Team
DITS Team is a group of people who challenge themselves and inspire each other. There is nothing better than the moment when one of us finishes their first race or wins another competition, overcoming their doubts, fears, or showcasing their unique abilities, and everyone gathers around them to pat them on the back, hug them, and offer words of support. We have no bosses or subordinates - in DITS Team, everyone is equal, everyone matters. We are one team, we are one family.
